Plastic trays digaurded from board games like Monopoly can be put into the tool box to hold small items. These are very handy for both the toolbox and for crafts like beading. Thanks Pat for giving me these.
" WITH EVERY BREATH I PLANT THE SEEDS OF DEVOTION. I AM A FARMER OF THE HEART" In the course of Urban life there are those of us with a Farmers Heart. We have a love affair with nature. In Urban life, nature is sometimes junk and what to make of this unsightly junk mixing it with plants and flowers, reclaiming it as new furniture with a slight twist. Industral Factory worker by night, painter, planter, junkster by day and, now entering the early morning blogger seen.

Childs Gate new birth.
When the children are gone and the do is trained, what to do with the gate that kept them out of the kitchen or away from the stairs?
How about add some craft wire. Put it on the back of a door and make it a jewlery center.
A piece of white felt held on the door with some tacks makes a great place to put post earings. "just saying"

The view changes when you knock down the walls
Now the Idea behind this mural was that you can take down the blocks that we have built in our lives and our view of the world will change. But the view will be just as good or even better.
Spiritual minded people should get it.

Angels move in and out of our lives.
These two are on their way out of the window. Off to better places Light as air and transparent as an angel should be.

Have a pedestal that is broken on the edges?
A nieghbor of ours put out this pedestal the edges where broken/chipped and the top glass piece was gone.
So I took it home and flipped it over. It was hollow so I stuffed the bottom of it with some crushed up cans to lighten up the weight of it. then filled it with good dirt and some spinach seeds. It grew great. I need to hose off the sand from the outside where the rain has splashed the dirt on the side. But the Spinach is GREAT!!

What to do with extra fence.
This is what I did with a piece of extra fence we had from the front yard. Our house did not have any numbers on it, so this is the way we have our numbers displayed. I think it is great because you just don't see this everywhere.
Sidewalk Sale find
What a find, I went to a sidewalk sale downtown St. Pete. And what did I find? A heavy metal frame sculpture from the Vinoy back in the days that it was in ruin. Yes I payed 6.00$ for it and then came home and painted it with the contrast colors of the house.
Wall mural of 17'X 12' Harmony Church Tampa
I was in a meeting yesterday and was asked if I had the wall murals on the blog. Well I found that I could not find them on the blog or they were so far back that no one would want to go through the trouble of looking for them.
I don't have all of the pictures of the wall murals a Harmony so I guess I need to ask if I can take some more pictures of the walls.

Fan Blades and some other junk.
What to do with some old fan blades, screws leftover from putting up PVC fence, plastic tube and some scrap wood found on the side of the road.
Just a few cuts of the wood and put in the screws with the tube as a spacer and there you go, a glass holder for stemware over the sink.
Two views of the glass holder. I like the fan blades, they also match the fan that hangs in the kitchen.
