The finished "Leekin Lena"

 Her she is from a distance, we have added fish and some rocks.
 I just loved this project except for the pond pump she is 100% recycled materials.The waterfall and spillway will support the herb garden planted in the arbor. The boat is done but now we will be adding lights and a Wharf in front of her with a mock pier. anyone know where to find dock post???

List of recycled Items.
Most of them picked up on the side of the road.

  1. Hot tub from a friends yard
  2. Blue barrel from the rubble that was once the Kingfish restaraunt.
  3. Port holes made out of 5 gallon bucket lids
  4. Tires from 2 big wheels thrown out after Christmas.
  5. Screen from Pat
  6. pvc pipes
  7. molding scrapes
  8. roof is fiberglass
  9. Swimming noodles on the front and back of the roof.
  10. fishing rod from dumpster.
  11. Paint from Cindy's when she was moving.
  12. Rubber ducks from a thrift shop.
  13. Coffee and Imagination.

    THIS IS IN MY (OUR) BACKYARD AND IT'S TOTALLY AMAZING. AND THE EXPERIENCE OF WATCHING EM'S EXCITEMENT AND DIVINE CREATIVITY FLOW EACH DAY ON LEEKIN' LENA WAS A GIFT FROM GOD... TO WATCH AND SHARE. IT'S ADORABLE, SWEET, CUTE, AMAZINGLY REAL LIKENESS AND THE PICTURES DOW'T SHOW IT WELL, BUT LOOKING CLOSE U CAN SEE AT THE BACK OF LENA IS A TWO TEIRED WATERFALL THAT SITS ON THE ARBOR AND THE BOTTOM HALF SITS OUT OVER THE BACK END FLOWING WATERFALL DOWN INTO THE BOAT WHERE THE FISHIES SWIM. AND THE BEAUTY FOR ME IS THE WATERFALL SOUNDS CAN BE HEARD FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WHOLE BACK YARD. AND THERE'S A HANGING SWING 12 FEET TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT END OF LENA. AND JOEY AND I SIT IN THE SWING AND LISTEN TO THE WATERFALLS... AND IT LOOKS DIRECTLY ONTO LENA FROM FRONT TO BACK AND I'D SWEAR I'M SITTIN' AT THE DOCK OF THE BAY JUST 4 MI. UP THE STREET. ;D in our own back yard. It's a BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. MAKE A RESERVATION, STOP ON OVER AND HANG OUT IN THE SWING AND SEE IF YOUR WHOLE PERSPECTIVE ON LIFE DOESN'T CHANGE IN FIVE MINUTES OF PEACE AND WATERFALL'S AND IMAGINATION PLACING YOU AT THE WATER'S EDGE AT A MARINA CLOSE BY. CREATIVITY AND EM ARE A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN BEFORE SHE GOT HERE. AND IT NEVER ENDS.... NEVER. THAT'S THE BEAUTY OF IT. IF THIS BRILLIANT ARTIST CAN SEE IT OR THINK IT... IT'S DARN WELL MADE... IN A HEART BEAT. I'M SO PROUD OF HER I COULD SQUEAL. AND I
